Optimizing Both Mind & Mobility

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote brain health, prevent cognitive decline in the healthy, and slow decline in those with mild to moderate impairment. Various levels of assessments are offered along with science-based brain boosting activities that strategically address all 5 areas of cognition - not just memory.

SHOULD I BE SCREENED?

Adults Ages 55 and older or anyone concerned about memory loss or experiencing warning signs of dementia; whose family and friends have noticed changes in them; or believe they are at risk due to a family history of Alzheimer's disease or related illness. In fact, all > 50 adults should consider doing an assessment now to serve as baseline for later comparison. These confidential and professional screenings are completed in less than 20 minutes.

ASK YOURSELF:

  • Am I becoming more forgetful?
  • Do I have trouble concentrating?
  • Do I have difficulty performing familiar tasks?
  • Do I have trouble recalling names or words in conversation?
  • Has my family noticed changes in my mood, behavior personality, or desire to do things?

Take Action

A BIG THANKS TO ALL OUR GENEROUS DONORS

Through your donations we have been able to launch programming to bridge the gap in cognitive care in our community. This has been very well received by the Parkinson’s population. You truly do make a difference for us, and we are extremely grateful!
